Boom Type "DL"
The DL concrete spreading boom is a lightweight model in the Valme range. It mainly consists of two sections connected on the horizontal plane, mounted on a base equipped with extendable and adjustable outriggers. Ballast can be easily placed inside a special box, supplied as standard. The product is fully manual, which shortens the pouring time and reduces the load on operators who usually manually move heavy rubber hoses.
The practicality of the boom stems from its low operating and maintenance costs. The sections can be operated by two operators. The lightweight construction and low load on the outriggers allow the unit to be easily set up on any type of ground or slab.
Boom Type "DRV"
The DRV concrete spreading boom is an intermediate model in the Valme range. It mainly consists of two sections connected on the horizontal plane, with the second section having the ability to be raised. The boom sections are mounted on a base equipped with detachable and adjustable outriggers. Ballast can be easily placed inside a special box, supplied as standard. This fully manual product is a good alternative on construction sites where it is necessary to pour slabs and columns. The simple and solid construction and the possibility of raising the second section using the supplied hand pump shorten the pouring time and reduce the load on operators.
It replaces expensive hydraulic distributors on smaller construction sites, offering significantly attractive operating costs. The boom’s structure allows for great flexibility of use, enabling pouring on both slabs and into columns. Fully manual operation allows for easy and quick use on less organized construction sites, as it does not require hydraulic power units or electrical connections.
Boom Type „BV”
The BV concrete spreading boom is the most advanced model in the Valme range. It consists of three articulated sections that are controlled using hydraulic cylinders. The boom sections are mounted on a base equipped with extendable and adjustable outriggers. The boom is supplied complete with a power unit and a remote control. The ballast support, which can be disassembled, allows for easy transport in containers. This product, easy to control and set up in narrow spaces, allows for easy pouring on slabs, into columns, and on uneven surfaces. Fully hydraulic operation enables precise positioning of the final rubber hose, helping operators maintain excellent hourly efficiency with minimal effort.
It can be connected to all concrete pumps on the market using standard steel and rubber pipes. This fully hydraulic product supports and replaces the largest concrete spreading booms in working areas where available spaces and heights do not allow for the opening and movement of truck-mounted models.
