Hydraulic Kits for Valves
These “plug and play” kits allow for the modernization of new and existing installations, enabling a change in the way shut-off and diversion valves are controlled. They are crucial for the proper operation of the valves and ensure smooth and reliable control. Valme offers various configurations, allowing the kit to be matched to specific needs and working conditions.
- Kit with Hand Pump: Includes hydraulic pipes and fittings. This is a basic kit for two-cylinder valves, allowing easy connection to any external control unit.
- Kit with Distributor: Includes pipes, fittings, and a manual monoblock distributor. The movement of the cylinders is controlled by the supplied distributor, which simplifies control.
- Kit with Mini Power Unit: This complete kit, in addition to pipes and fittings, includes a mini power unit, consisting of a tank, a pump, and a 4 kW electric motor. This is an ideal solution when it is not possible to connect to an existing power unit.
Accessories

- Pipe Supports: Made of durable metal construction, with a non-slip plastic saddle and a “U”-shaped yoke bolt. Available in versions for 4″ and 5″ pipes. The special design of the support allows for mounting in both horizontal and vertical positions, as well as supporting the pipe when the bolt is open, which is useful during maintenance.
- LP Safety Pins: In accordance with current regulations, couplings must be supplemented with safety pins to prevent accidental opening. We offer various models, such as LP 05 C (for smaller and medium couplings), LP 07 M, and LP 06 STD (for larger couplings), which are equipped with a special protective arc to prevent unintended sliding out.
- Ball Catchers and Plugs with Ball: The ball catcher is a common accessory for pipe cleaning. Its design allows for easy reception, stopping, and removal of the sponge ball. The plug with ball, usually used in conjunction with a “T”-shaped pipe, allows the sponge ball to be stopped in the line. Both products are crucial for effective maintenance.
